Georgia Bartolo has been practising as a lawyer since 2001, with experience across a range of legal areas, particularly in Human Rights and Family Law.
After relocating to Australia in 2019, Georgia faced a complex and challenging visa journey of her own. This experience shaped her professional direction and inspired her to undertake postgraduate studies in Migration Law. Her goal is to support individuals and businesses through the visa process with clarity and strategy—ensuring they feel informed and supported, rather than overwhelmed.
Georgia is particularly focused on migration matters, including visa applications, as well as assisting in cases involving visa refusals and cancellations. She approaches each case with a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the personal impact migration decisions can have.
Georgia was honoured to be invited by Carla Massai, founder of Clear Legal Solutions, to join the team. In her role, she leads migration matters and works closely with Carla to deliver comprehensive legal support to clients.
